13th Floor: The most anticipated event in 2020

by Jared Gutierrez

The world’s deadliest weapon and haunted houses greatest enemy, COVID-19 has cancelled haunt events due to higher investing and difficulty of managing health guidelines. From Knotts Scary Farm closure to Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights plans sinking, houses and scare zones are at rest. The cancellation of these events had to be done for the good of customers and staff. With all the chaos that has been terrorizing 2020 so far, there is still hope in the haunt community. There is one specific event that still lives, 13th Floor Jacksonville.

The first event in the radar of survivors, 13th Floor will provide more space for walkways for guests and consistent sanitation procedures around the facilities. Online payment in advance is highly suggested and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be enforced for all staff. Entering the official web page also shows the enforcement of the health guidelines being addressed which proves how serious the creators are in keeping everyone safe. With 4.3 stars in google reviews and being highly praised through social media, 13th Floor is easily a high quality event. The haunt stands at a high level of scares, aligned with other notable events such as Enigma Haunt and Scream-A-Geddon Horror Park. 13th Floor is bringing more enthusiasm for the haunt community and will demonstrate that the scares will live on this year.

In about a month or so, spooky season may not be completely dead. By its reputation from different locations and Jacksonville itself, 13th Floor will be ready to scare every haunt fanatic at proper social distancing.
